Acceptable Use Policy

We are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and fair platform. Our Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities and ensures Swix AI is used responsibly, protecting both our customers and their data.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the Swix AI platform and services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

 

 

1. Security & Integrity

 

You may not:

 

  • Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the stability, performance, or security of the Service.

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without express permission.

 

 

2. Unlawful or Harmful Activities

 

You may not use the Service to:

 

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.

  • Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others.

  • Promote violence, terrorism, exploitation, or hate speech.

 

 

3. Responsible AI Usage

 

When using AI features of the Service, you may not:

 

  • Generate or disseminate content intended to misinform, defraud, or manipulate.

  • Use the Service to create or spread abusive, discriminatory, or illegal material.

  • Circumvent safeguards or attempt to override content and safety filters.

  • Resell or provide outputs from the Service as if they were your own proprietary system without attribution where required.

 

 

4. Network & Platform Abuse

 

You may not:

 

  • Interfere with other users’ access to the Service.

  • Overload, flood, or spam the Service with excessive requests.

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to misuse or degrade the platform.

  • Attempt to resell or sublicense access to unauthorized third parties.

 

 

5. Enforcement

 

Swix AI reserves the right to investigate violations of this Policy. If you violate the Policy, we may suspend or terminate your account, remove prohibited content, and/or report activity to authorities when legally required.
